Terms of purchase

What you're buying

Referral Ready is an online, self-paced training course for NDIS provider representatives. A single seat ($249 AUD) is one licence for one named person. A team of five ($799 AUD) is five licences, each for one named person. Prices are one-off payments in Australian dollars.

Access

After payment your access code appears on screen and you create your account. Access is for the lifetime of the product: no subscription, no renewals, and content updates are included. Your seat is personal: don't share your login or your access code beyond the seats you've bought. Codes are single-use per seat and the system enforces this.

What the course is, and isn't

The course provides general training and information for approaching hospitals as an NDIS provider. It is not legal advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any health service. Always follow your state health service's current policies. The certificate is an internal training credential, not an official NDIS or government qualification, and it says so on its face.

Refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including its consumer guarantees. Try the free live demo before you buy; it shows the real course. If something is wrong with your purchase, email us and we'll sort it out.

Fair use and content

Course content, scripts, cards and templates are for use within the organisation that bought the seats. Personalised materials are yours to use in your outreach work. Please don't republish, resell or redistribute the course content itself.

The boring essentials
