Who we are

Referral Ready (ndisreferralready.com.au) is an Australian online training product for NDIS providers. You can reach us any time at info@ndisreferralready.com.au.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign up: your email address, first name, organisation name and, if you choose to add them, a referrals phone number and mobile. These personalise your course materials.
• Course progress. Which modules you've completed and your quiz scores, so the course can pick up where you left off and issue your certificate.
• Messages. If you use the contact form or download the free checklist, we keep your name, email, organisation and message so we can reply.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card, PayPal or wallet details. We keep a record of the order (email, plan, amount) to issue your access code.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate page analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build individual profiles.

How we use it

To run the course, personalise your materials, issue certificates, answer your messages and improve the product. That's it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it lives

Account and course data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in an Australian region. Payment records live in Stripe. Email lives in Google Workspace.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data entirely. Email info@ndisreferralready.com.au and we'll action it promptly. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Small print

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If we ever change this policy materially, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
